Megan Schwartz: What I Learned From This Course


One thing that this course taught me was just how much one can accomplish in eleven days! It was a lot of work but the Bahamas course was 100% worth it. The Bahamas course also taught me the importance of the customer experience. A positive customer experience is vital to the survival of all businesses. By taking the time to put themselves in the customer’s shoes, businesses can determine where they have areas of weakness and where the business is performing strongly. There are many points during the customer’s experience for organizations to create moments of surprise and delight. By performing a customer experience evaluation, businesses can capitalize on these moments to make a customer’s experience unforgettable.
